Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are encouraged to review the About the Journal page, including the journal's aims and scope and section policies, before preparing and submitting a manuscript. Authors should ensure that their submission is relevant to the journal, complies with applicable ethical and editorial requirements, and has been prepared in accordance with these Author Guidelines.

New authors are required to register with the journal before submitting a manuscript. Authors who already have an account may log in and proceed through the online submission workflow. Complete and accurate manuscript metadata, author information, affiliations, and corresponding-author details should be provided during submission.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess relevance to the journal, originality, scholarly quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, clarity of presentation, and adherence to submission requirements. Manuscripts that satisfy the initial screening requirements are normally sent for single-blind peer review by appropriately qualified independent reviewers.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original, have not been published previously in substantially the same form, are not simultaneously under consideration by another journal, and comply with applicable research and publication ethics requirements.

1. Scope and Suitability

Authors should ensure that their manuscript falls within the aims and scope of the journal.

Manuscripts should present a clear scholarly contribution and address relevant research questions, problems, methodologies, analyses, applications, systems, models, theoretical developments, empirical findings, or reviews appropriate to the journal.

Manuscripts that are clearly outside the journal's scope may be declined during initial editorial screening.

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal primarily considers the following types of scholarly contributions:

• Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Technical or methodological studies, where appropriate
• Case studies, where appropriate
• Other focused scholarly contributions considered suitable by the editorial team

Authors should consult the journal's section policies for any journal-specific article categories and requirements.

3. Manuscript Preparation

a. Language

The journal accepts submissions in English.

Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional, and academically appropriate English. Authors are responsible for ensuring that grammar, terminology, spelling, and presentation have been carefully checked before submission.

b. Initial Submission Format

Initial manuscripts may be submitted in Microsoft Word, PDF, or LaTeX format.

Upon acceptance, the editorial team will request the corresponding editable Microsoft Word or LaTeX source files for copyediting, typesetting, and final production.

c. General Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be organized in a clear and logical academic structure.

Authors should ensure that:

• The research problem and objectives are clearly stated.
• The methodology, theoretical framework, or analytical approach is adequately described.
• Results or findings are presented accurately and objectively.
• Claims are supported by appropriate evidence.
• The discussion is linked to the reported findings and relevant literature.
• Conclusions accurately reflect the results and scholarly contribution of the work.
• Figures, tables, equations, references, and supplementary materials are correctly cited.
• Terminology, abbreviations, symbols, units, and formatting are used consistently throughout the manuscript.

4. Title Page and Author Information

The submission should include complete and accurate author information, including:

• Full manuscript title
• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations
• Department, institution, city, and country, where applicable
• Email address of the corresponding author
• ORCID identifiers, where available

The journal follows a single-blind peer-review process.

Under this model, reviewers are informed of the identities and affiliations of the authors, while reviewer identities remain confidential and are not disclosed to the authors.

Authors are therefore not required to remove their names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments, or other identifying information from manuscripts submitted for peer review.

5. Title, Abstract and Keywords

The title should be concise, informative, and representative of the principal contribution of the manuscript.

The abstract should clearly summarize, where applicable:

• Research context or problem

Each figure should:

• Be numbered sequentially.
• Be cited in the manuscript text.

• Use academically appropriate and traceable sources.

Excessive self-citation, irrelevant citation, coercive citation, fabricated references, and citation manipulation are not acceptable.

11. Authorship and Contributions

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work and who accept responsibility for the published article.

All authors must approve the submitted manuscript and agree to its publication.

The journal encourages the use of the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT), where appropriate, to describe individual author contributions.

Gift authorship, honorary authorship, guest authorship, ghost authorship, and other misleading authorship practices are not permitted.

12. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any actual or potential financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other competing interests that could influence, or reasonably be perceived to influence, the research, analysis, interpretation, or publication of the manuscript.

15. Research Ethics

Research involving human participants, animals, sensitive personal information, or other ethically regulated activities must comply with applicable institutional, national, and professional ethical requirements.

Where required, authors must obtain appropriate ethical approval before conducting the research and provide the approval details in the manuscript.

Informed consent must be obtained where applicable.

16. Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies

Authors remain fully responsible for all content submitted to the journal, including material prepared with generative AI or other AI-assisted technologies.

Generative AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Substantial use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies for manuscript preparation, translation, code generation, analysis, image generation, data processing, or other scholarly activities should be appropriately disclosed where relevant.

Authors must independently verify AI-assisted content, including references, quotations, equations, code, calculations, factual statements, results, and interpretations.

AI tools must not be used to fabricate data, generate false references, conceal plagiarism, falsify results, or create misleading evidence.

17. Originality and Plagiarism

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must represent original scholarly work.

The journal does not accept plagiarism, inappropriate textual reuse, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, manipulated data, fraudulent authorship, peer-review manipulation, or citation manipulation.

Submissions may undergo similarity and originality screening during editorial assessment.

Similarity is evaluated according to the nature, extent, location, and context of overlapping material rather than relying exclusively on a fixed numerical percentage.

Under this model, reviewers are informed of the identities and affiliations of the authors, while reviewer identities remain confidential and are not disclosed to the authors.

Possible editorial decisions include:

• Accept
• Minor Revision
• Major Revision
• Resubmit for Review
• Reject

The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief or an appropriately designated editor.

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal, ethical compliance, reviewer assessments, and overall suitability for publication.

20. Revised Manuscripts

Authors requested to revise a manuscript should normally submit:

• A revised manuscript
• A point-by-point response to reviewers and editors
• A clear explanation of the modifications made
• A reasoned response where a suggested change has not been adopted

Authors should clearly identify how each reviewer and editor comment has been addressed.

A request for revision does not constitute acceptance.

Revised manuscripts may undergo further editorial assessment or peer review where appropriate.

21. Copyright, Licensing and Open Access

The journal is an open-access journal.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Authors retain copyright subject to the journal's publication and licensing arrangements.

Commercial reuse is not permitted under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license without appropriate authorization from the relevant rights holder.

22. Article Processing and Publication Charges

The journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, withdrawal fees, or standard publication fees.

Authors are not required to pay fees for manuscript submission, editorial screening, peer review, or standard publication.

The absence of publication charges does not influence editorial or peer-review decisions.

23. Preprints and Self-Archiving

Manuscripts previously deposited on legitimate preprint platforms may be considered, provided that authors disclose the relevant preprint at the time of submission.

Authors may archive permitted versions of their articles in institutional, subject, or other appropriate repositories in accordance with applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
